Reception at the hotel takes place exclusively between 5PM and 8.30PM. After 9PM the reservation will be considered a No Show. From 21.00 until 23.00 or from 2.00 pm to 5.00 pm it is possible to request the an afternoon or night but it is necessary to notify the Hotel (WITH MINIMUM NOTICE OF 10 DAYS BEFORE THE ARRIVAL DATE). The extra cost will be €30 for each additional hour requested. The hotel does not have luggage storage. At your arrival you will be asked for:

1.  reservation voucher

2. a valid identity document of all guests, including for minors and infants (identity card or passport, no health insurance card/tax code/residence permit) 

Minors not accompanied by parents must bring a written authorization with the copy of the identity card of both front and back.

3 Green pass if requested from  italian government

Children till 1 year (maximum 1 child per room) stay free sharing parents bed only in superior room, upon written notice with an email. The cost of upgrade from standard room to the superior room is € 30,00 per night.
For children from 1 to 8 years (maximum 1 child per room) it is necessary to contact the hotel to obtain the only available triple room with a double bed in a superior room, plus sofa bed. It is also required the identity document of the child to deliver to our staff at check in. The additional cost for triple room is € 70,00 .

After 8 years you have to book an extra single room.

If breakfast is not included, in a vision of sustainable holidays, we are committed daily to promoting all the local activities in our community. How? By inviting our guests to explore the town starting with breakfast at one of the fabulous local bakeries, and by pointing out all the restaurants, bistros, shops, and small activities available in the area.

It is allowed one small dog per room (max 8 kg) and it is required an additional of € 50.00 upon arrival for a sanitization of the room. The small dog can’t stay alone in the room during your stay. In any case, the Hotel must be notified at the time of booking otherwise the reservation will not be guaranteed . Please note that in the municipality of Venice the passport for dogs is required and has become a must. The whole hotel and all rooms are “NO-SMOOKING ". In case of violation you will be charged of € 100.00 for the extra cleaning.

The day of departure the room and the hotel must be left within 10 AM .Cost of late check-out 10.00 euros per additional hour.

Heating and air conditioning are available in the hotel according to government regulations.
